  The service was horrible. We had to ask several times for basic items that are provided at Italian restaurants, bread, olive oil and vinegar, sauce, etc. When ordering some of us asked if our entree could be prepared spicy. The waitress suggested cherry peppers mixed in our entrees, we said ok sure. When the meals came out, everyone had cherry peppers including those who did not order them. When we said “excuse me, some of us did not order the peppers,” the waitress says “no everyone ordered spicy peppers.” The food was also cold. My meal came with sausage in the pasta- I really had to dig to find where the sausage was. My husband had to order a side of marinara because his pasta had watery tomato sauce that sunk to the bottom of his bowl.
  When we received the bill there was something listed as “misc charge $20” so I asked them about charge (we were a party of 5 people) and the waitres says, “my manager made me charge you for the peppers to make your meals spicy.” Look, we didn’t ask for the spicy peppers, we asked for spicy, which can be accomplished by using crushed red pepper- you offered the peppers and never told us that there would be an extra charge, we would have passed on the offer. You just lost a customer for life over $20 bucks and poor service.
